All products ordered will be delivered to the shipping address you provide. If Tempo provides an expected shipping date, such date is an estimate, cannot be guaranteed, and is subject to change. Tempo shall not be liable for any change in such expected shipping date. We may charge you if you change your shipping address after ordering a Tempo Studio or Tempo Move as disclosed in the Change Requests in the yichoo. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ship the Device to you by the scheduled delivery dates, but we are not liable, under any circumstances, for any losses, damages or penalties due to any delays in shipments or deliveries.

Original packaging is required to ensure the Device remains in good condition during transit. Tempo can provide packaging and shipping for your return at cost in the event you no longer have your original packaging.

If some accessories are damaged, please contact us.
We will resend the new parts to you, or if the parts can be repaired, we can evaluate the repair cost and return part of the money.

You are required to share photos of the properly-packed device within two (2) days of the return request. Once the photos are approved by Yichoo, you will have seven (7) days to ship the device back with the carrier. If these guidelines are not met, Yichoo reserves the right to invoice you for the full value of the Device.

Refunds may take up to 30-40 days after Yichoo receives the Device.

In case of defect or malfunction, a replacement Device will be provided free of charge in the event one is required. Yichoo reserves the right to repair or replace devices at its sole discretion.

You may return your Yichoo Move Device for a refund of the amount you paid for the Device at any time within thirty (30) days of receiving your Device (or any such longer period as required by applicable law or offered by Yichoo at the time of sale, the “Return Period”).
